They will be releasing cut auto/hair sample cards of 10 historical figures in 2008 Legendary Cuts Baseball and 2008 Piece of History Baseball. I must admit these cards look really nice, even if I’m a bit iffy about having 200 year old hair in my cards…
These cards should fetch super high premiums from mad scientists hoping to extract DNA from the cards in order to build an army of clones. For the full story check out the Upper Deck’s News Release.

The good news is that now you can clone any of your favorite people in U.S. history!!! I totally agree that there is going to be some wacko who thinks that’s probably a good idea.
Is there really a demand for DNA on cards anyway?
