I just stumbled across this auction on eBay. Its a Daisuke Matsuzaka Game Used Letter Patch from 2007 Topps Sterling Baseball, numbered 1/1.

This is a sweet card. There isn’t much Dice-K prime game used out there yet and this is by far the nicest piece I have seen. Even a Yankees fan can appreciate this card.

Sweet Cards! And Upper Deck’s new logo in action. The Lucille Ball/Desi Arnaz actually looks best in terms of eye appeal, although I probably wouldn’t choose that card if I had the chance.
So far three cards have been redeemed: Babe Ruth/Roger Maris, John F. Kennedy/Jacqueline Onassis, and John F. Kennedy/Marilyn Monroe. I would have taken the Kennedy/Monroe if I had first choice.
Check out this beautiful jumbo swatch patch auto of Hideki Matsui. Its probably one of the nicest Yankees patches I have ever seen.
Unfortunately, when you find patches this nice on eBay your first thought is always that the patch is fake.
I am almost 100% sure this patch is authentic.
