I Call BS!!!! Beckett Exquisite Football Box Break

March 25th, 2008 by Alex

Check out Beckett’s 2007 Exquisite Football Box Break. They bust two boxes and pull basically the two nicest cards in the entire checklist.

I understand that UD wants to create buzz and show off their cooler cards, but is it really necessary to make it so blatant?? For those keeping track at home thats three 1 of 1’s, a quad patch auto, and a dual cut signature in two boxes…

Now Topps is also guilty of sending loaded boxes to Beckett to open on their box breaks. A while back they busted 2007 Topps Sterling Baseball and pulled a Joe Dimaggio Cut Auto.

Leave some hits for the collectors!!!!

I have been an account holder of upper deck’s for 14 years with a hall of fame status and have never pulled cards like this.I have opened cases of high end product only to pulled crap.I have called and sent stuff back to upper deck for myself and customers.this is a big joke and a kick in the nuts to collectors and dealers.did you expect anything less from them.

I’ve seen better pulls at my card shop. But it something to think about.

What is up with all the extra packaging? Talk about overkill. That is so wasteful. Great to know all that will be sitting in a landfill somewhere.
